Strategic Workforce Planning

Learn best practice principles of workforce planning, and develop the skills to engage the whole business in the process, design a resourcing strategy, and use analytics to inform your strategy and ensure objectives are met.

This series of webinars is part of the Underscore ‘HR Professional Development’ Programme – Business Partnering Module. Each workshop is facilitated by a subject matter expert via a virtual platform. Webinars are interactive and practical. Delegates will have the opportunity to practice skills during or between webinars as appropriate and receive a practical toolkit to immediately apply in the workplace.

This module will provide HR professionals with the skills, tools and techniques required to co-develop strategic workforce plans with business leaders. Application of these tools will demonstrate the value of HR to the delivery of business vision and strategic objectives.
