2. Keep in touch
After you register, one of us will contact you to discuss your experience, ideal assignments and availability. We’ll also discuss any live briefs that may be a good fit.
We focus on building a long-term relationship with you and will contact you as suitable assignments come in.
3. Meet clients and achieve results
After we put you forward for an assignment, you meet with the client to discuss the project. If you’re both happy to move forward, we manage all negotiations on your behalf.
We’re Project Resourcing specialists rather than a recruitment agency. This means you benefit from our support and expertise while you’re working on each project, and depending on the assignment, may be working as part of a larger Underscore team.
4. Network within our community
