This series of webinars is part of the Underscore ‘HR Professional Development’ Programme – Business Partnering Module. Each workshop is facilitated by a subject matter expert via a virtual platform. Webinars are interactive and practical. Delegates will have the opportunity to practice skills during or between webinars as appropriate and receive a practical toolkit to immediately apply in the workplace.

This module will provide HR professionals with the knowledge, skills and tools to successfully identify stakeholders and plan and execute a stakeholder engagement strategy to win the hearts and minds of stakeholders and gain buy-in and support for change.
