Learn the difference between business cases and a case for change, identify key components in a compelling business case, and develop the skills to clearly state the objectives, benefits, and outcomes of your proposal.

This module will provide HR professionals with the knowledge, skills and tools to apply create compelling cases for change, gain buy-in from finance and align change with benefits management plans.
