With a real focus on the people behind the business, Emma-Jane has founded her impressive career on helping individuals and teams achieve more, and drive real change for their organisation, by building their own confidence and expertise.
Emma-Jane’s experience encompasses many industry sectors including engineering, facilities management, the food and clothing retail and food manufacturing sectors, as well as the public sector, higher education and insurance, so we know she’ll bring a unique and innovative perspective to her work with our clients at Underscore.
