With some exciting new projects in the pipeline, Underscore is thrilled to welcome Emma-Jane Haigh to the team, bringing over 15 years of leadership and management experience to the table. Emma-Jane will be taking over the role of Head of Leadership Development from Lucy Finney. Lucy will continue to support Underscore, specialising in the delivery of our coaching, mentoring and psychometrics offerings.

Emma-Jane has already supported many Underscore clients in her capacity of associate delivering some of our most popular leadership and personal development training. As we expand our portfolio in this area, we are delighted that Emma-Jane has joined us full time.

Working with all levels, from young people starting their careers to company directors, Emma-Jane has experience in designing, developing, implementing and measuring the results of development and talent management strategies. With a real focus on the people behind the business, Emma-Jane has founded her impressive career on helping individuals and teams achieve more, and drive real change for their organisation, by building their own confidence and expertise.

Emma-Jane’s experience encompasses many industry sectors including engineering, facilities management, the food and clothing retail and food manufacturing sectors, as well as the public sector, higher education and insurance, so we know she’ll bring a unique and innovative perspective to her work with our clients at Underscore.
