I can now assess the use of the tool on upcoming projects and for future works.
I can now apply this knowledge to working with the planners on my next job.
I would recommend the Course to others as it provides you with knowledge in regards to the benefits of using the Primavera Risk Analysis tool to validate your schedules, and give senior management and the Client, some confidence that Projects can be delivered within the agreed Time, Cost and Scope. The one-to-one session was a refreshing change. I was grateful to have had Susan’s focus throughout the 2 days, and the Training was delivered at a pace that I could follow, and was interesting as I could apply the Risk modelling to real life project and scheduling scenarios. The pace of the training was adequate and the content met expectations, of what I wanted to achieve. I also enjoyed the fact that we had the opportunity to discuss past experiences and strategies of how to deal with Risk events as they arise. I don’t believe there any improvements as the one-to-one session worked very well for me. All went very well within the Training Sessions and the Venue and Room were comfortable, and adequate for the Training requirements. In addition, thank you for providing the Refreshments and Lunch, it was much appreciated.
