  • Overview

Duration: 2 days (13 hours)

This two day course introduces the fundamentals of Agile and the way in which it differs from a traditional, waterfall approach to product development.

This course is designed for Project Managers, who require an understanding of the agile approach and/or who are intending to run projects using the DSDM® framework.
