Duration: 5 x 1 hour virtual learning sessions
The Mental Toughness Programme is a series of 5 x 1 hour online Virtual Learning sessions supported by pre and post reading material. The series has been designed to introduce you to Mental Toughness and help you learn about the importance of mindset, personal resilience, and mental health. After the Introduction to the Mental Toughness Model, you will deep dive into topics such as how to manage your emotions and improve decision making in stressful situations. You will come to understand how your personality and mindset affect your reaction to fear. Together, we will explore key Mental Toughness skills such as managing fatigue, focus, attentional control, visualisation and why connection is such an important human need.
The Mental Toughness Programme has three key objectives:
- Mental Toughness Awareness – Explain how the concept of Mental Toughness has evolved, what are the components of the Mental Toughness Model and why is it relevant today
- Mental Toughness Mindset – Learn about the 4Cs of Mental Toughness – Confidence, Control, Commitment and Challenge
- Mental Toughness Skillset & Toolset – Learn about tools and techniques to develop your Mental Toughness Skills. These include managing fatigue, improving focus, understanding how personality influences behaviour, visualisation skills and wellbeing for Mental Health
The Mental Toughness Programme is delivered through five 60-minute sessions; each session is £45 +VAT per person. A 10% discount applies if you book four or more sessions. The first session ‘Introduction to Mental Toughness’ we are offering as a taster session to the series free of charge.
